Booking Trips / Boats / Kit

Remember the procedures/ rules for attending trips or using club kit. Please remember that trip organisers are Volunteers and, without such, there would be no club trips on offer!

	Booking Trips: Any member wishing to attend a trip MUST contact the organiser – both to ensure that the trip is going ahead and to ensure that (where places are limited) names are booked
	Commit to trips early: Please be considerate to the organiser and let them know as soon as you can if you intend to join a trip.
	Booking Boats: Any member wishing to use club boats/equipment for a trip MUST contact Claire Adams Greg.adams@btinternet.com & 07966 909 474 - who has volunteered to act as the central control to ensure boats are not double booked17

	Weekend Trips: Catering - please remember, not only do we need volunteers to step to the plate to organise trips, we also need volunteers, on weekend trips, to fill those plates and wash them up!!. Mike W has prepared a few notes on catering for weekend trips Click here

12/06/2012	Tuesday	Julian Butler Race	The 20th annual Julian Butler Memorial race will be run either on the Avon Loop or around the head - A fun handicap race for all abilities, in kayaks or canoes, up the harbour and round the Avon loop. Slower paddlers and boats will leave earlier with the aim of all getting home at the same time. No need to be competitive, just come and enjoy a great paddle.
